Land Use Training Program for Municipal Planning and Zoning Officials

Held via Zoom | Part Two 

Wednesday, October 21 | noon-2:30 p.m. 

This two-day program qualifies for 4.5 CLE credits in Areas of Professional Practice. If you are unable to attend both sessions, partial credit will be given.

There is no cost to attend this virtual event.

Registrants will be emailed a link to the Zoom session the morning of the event.

If you are in a position to do so, please support the Breslin Center so that we can continue to offer critical programs, like this one, for our students and members of the real estate profession.

AICP Certification Maintenance (CM) credits have been requested.

This course is intended to fulfill the New York State required training for municipal planning and zoning officials.

Community land trusts (CLT's) have attracted growing regional and national attention as a strategy for creating affordable, owner-occupied housing. The Maurice A.
