During this ½ day program, you will hear from a panel of industry professionals representing different areas of corporate transactional law, including both the law firm and in-house perspectives.

The panelists will discuss such topics as the different types of law that can be practiced under the "corporate law" umbrella, the highs and lows of corporate practice, the day-to-day tasks of a corporate lawyer, the life of an M&A deal, and making the transition from law firm to in-house. The panel will share their experiences and perspectives in the field and give recommendations for getting started in this type of practice. At the end of the program, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and network with the panel members.
