SIJS AAO Appeals, Fee Waivers, and RFE Responses

With a focus on Special Immigrant Juvenile Status petitions, this training will cover procedural,  strategic, and practical aspects of filing I-290B Administrative Appeals Office appeals, motions to reopen (including those based on ineffective assistance of counsel / Lozada claims), and motions to reconsider, as well as related fee waivers.  It will also cover current issues with SIJS Requests for Evidence, Notices of Intent to Deny, and Notices of Intent to Revoke.
