You’ve secured a position for this summer; congratulations! Now what? You’re excited, overwhelmed, and maybe even nervous, and you probably have lots of questions, including:
• What will my employer expect of me? • How do I dress? • How much work should I take on? • How should I behave at social functions? • Is there an opportunity to turn the summer position into a permanent position?
In today’s competitive economic environment, it’s more important than ever to put your best foot forward and make the most of your summer job experience . To develop the edge you need to succeed at your summer job, representatives of judicial, governmental and law firm employers will provide guidance on how to make the most of your summer position.
